CSR Policy

OBJECTIVE:

The Main objective of this CSR is to lay down guidelines for Parishrama Education Private Limited to make CSR a key business process for sustainable development of the society.

In Alignment with the above, the company, through the CSR activities, will conduct and initiate programmes focusing on areas covered in the policy.

The Company has established/ partnered with other eligible organization to fulfil its CSR commitments (“CSR Implementing Agencies) The Company’s focus has always been to contribute to the sustainable development of society through education and relief of Poor.

 

FOCUS AREAS:

While the Company may undertake CSR activities which the Board of directors may decide from time to time, in any areas or subjects in accordance with the requirements under the Companies Act, 2013 (the “Act”) and the rules / regulations framed thereunder and circulars / clarifications issued thereunder (collectively, “Applicable Law”) as under:

  • Establishes pathways for colleges and careers in technology & Medical fields.
  • Promote education- including Professional course training.
  • Enhance education and improve livelihoods.
  • Offers scholarships to deserving and poor students pursuing higher education, focusing on underrepresented groups.
  • Supports NGOs and educational institutions that provide quality education and vocational training.
  • To support education Institutions for providing training in professional technical, medical and general education.

 

UNDERTAKING CSR ACTIVITIES: Company will undertake its CSR activities (being projects / programs / other permitted activities) either directly by itself or through CSR Implementing Agencies or in collaboration with other companies, as approved by the Board of the Company, in accordance with the requirements of Applicable Law.

 

FUNDING, SELECTION AND MONITORING PROCESS: The Company will evaluate proposals received for CSR projects from their own or eligible implementing entities inter alia based on Company’s focus areas, assessment of potential impact of such proposals and any other criteria as may be determined by the Board and approve funding for any proposals for implementation at its discretion.

 

MODE OF IMPLEMENTATION:

CSR program, project or activities, will be implemented through one or more of the following methods:

  1. Directly by the company
  2. Registered Trust, Societies,
  3. Contribution permissible/covered under schedule VII to the act.
